Tub Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate any profile that contains misleading, abusive, or fake information.
3. Profile Verification
We offer basic and optional verification (photo, ID, address, community).
Verified badge does not guarantee personality or behavior — users must exercise personal judgment.
4. Payments & Membership
Registration and paid memberships are subject to non-refundable fees (see Refund Policy).
Features may differ based on subscription plans (chat, video call, VIP support, etc.).
5. Privacy & Safety
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You may control who sees your profile, photo, and contact details.
Do not share OTPs, financial info, or personal passwords with anyone on the platform.
6. Communication Between Users
Tub Matrimony is not responsible for the actions or intentions of users after connection.
Any misuse, harassment, or scam must be reported immediately to our support team.
7. Content Rights & Restrictions
All text, images, logos, and service features belong to Tub Matrimony.
Users shall not copy, misuse, or distribute content without written consent.
8. Platform Rights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or features at any time.
Profiles inactive for 180 days may be hidden or deleted.
9. Legal Compliance
Users are expected to follow all applicable laws (cyber laws, marriage eligibility, etc.).
Tub Matrimony is not liable for any marriage disputes, dowry claims, or legal proceedings arising between users.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tub Matrimony provides a matchmaking platform only — we do not guarantee marriage.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.
11. Termination
Either party can terminate the account at any time.
Termination requests from users can be made via email or support ticket.
