Tub Matrimony – Refund Policy
1. Registration Fee
The one-time registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
This fee covers profile activation, basic verification, and support services.
2. Membership Fee
Once the membership/subscription is activated after payment, it is non-refundable, even if the user chooses to discontinue the service before the validity period ends.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
In case of a mistaken or duplicate payment, the user must raise a request within 3 working days by providing valid proof of the transaction.
After verification, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed accordingly.
4. VIP Matchmaking Services
Payments made for premium or manual matchmaking services are subject to service agreements.
Partial refunds will be considered only if the committed service is not delivered due to genuine internal reasons.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, directly to the user’s original payment method or bank account.
